  1. Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Assist customers with product and service information, as well as product recommendations.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of CVS Health products and services to effectively assist and educate customers.
  5. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  7. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions.
  8. Maintain a positive attitude and represent CVS Health in a professional manner at all times.
  9. Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and knowledge of company products and services.
  10. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  12. Identify and report any customer trends or issues to management for improvement.
  13. Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality policies to protect customer information.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer issues.
  15. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics set by the company.
  16. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  17. Maintain a clean and organized work area to create a welcoming environment for customers.
  18. Assist in other tasks as assigned by management to support the overall success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: A Customer Service Representative At Cvs Health Must Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Customer Service Experience: Prior Experience In Customer Service, Whether In A Retail Or Healthcare Setting, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. This Experience Demonstrates An Understanding Of Customer Needs And The Ability To Handle Challenging Situations.
