Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at CVS Health, you will be an integral part of our mission to provide quality healthcare services to our customers. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to CVS Health customers
  2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  3. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions
  4. Process customer orders and payments
  5. Create and maintain customer accounts
  6. Update customer records in the system
  7. Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  8. Follow up with customers regarding their orders and inquiries
  9. Maintain professional relationships with customers
  10. Adhere to CVS Health policies and procedures
