Job Description

CVS Health is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our customers. You must be a highly motivated self-starter, able to resolve complex customer inquiries and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate will have a strong service orientation, a genuine desire to help customers, and excellent communication skills. The ability to think on your feet and problem solve is a must. We are seeking someone with a friendly and professional demeanor who can quickly build relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and assess their needs to offer appropriate service and advice.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accurate information and solutions.
  3. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner, escalating issues appropriately.
  4. Identify and anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions.
  5. Maintain customer records in a timely and accurate manner.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to the customer experience.
  7. Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  8. Follow company policies and procedures.
  9. Remain up-to-date on product and service knowledge.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
