- Develop and manage relationships with external research vendors and partners.
- Drive the development and implementation of new customer research initiatives.
- Utilize various research methodologies, such as surveys, focus groups, and interviews, to gather customer insights.
- Train and mentor team members on customer insights and analytics best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and tools related to customer insights and analytics.
- Act as a champion for the customer within the organization and advocate for their needs and preferences.
- Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the company by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on customer insights.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Insights Or Market Research, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Retail Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills With Experience In Data Analysis And Interpretation.
Proficiency In Market Research Tools And Techniques, Such As Surveys, Focus Groups, And Segmentation Analysis.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Insights To Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
