Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at CVS Health as a Coordinator, Complaint & Appeals. In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our complaint and appeals process, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with the standards set by CVS Health. You'll be the primary point of contact for all complaint and appeals inquiries and will be responsible for responding to inquiries, escalating issues, and ensuring resolutions are reached.The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as an understanding of CVS Health's complaint and appeal process. You should have a strong customer service background and be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs. Responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day operations of the CVS Health complaint and appeals process • Be the primary point of contact for all complaint and appeals inquiries • Respond to inquiries, escalate issues, and ensure resolutions are reached • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve customer issues • Prioritize customer needs and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Remain knowledgeable of CVS Health's complaint and appeals process • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with CVS Health standards • Maintain a friendly and collaborative work environment and encourage creativity and innovation
