Contract Analyst

Prepares, reviews and/or edits contracts according to pre-determined standards; ensures contract provisions are mapped accordingly and drafts contracts requested by clients. Following a thorough evaluation of client’s contract and other related documents, effectively communicates any required revisions and or changes to avoid unintended liability in support of the contract. Interprets and utilizes available resources in responding to both standard and non-standard contracts drafting requests; Identifies situations where special contractual language might be needed and partners with legal and other impacted areas to explore requirements and feasibility for change. Coordinates and collaborates with financial area regarding financial agreements and proposed guarantees. Provides technical expertise, quality assurance, training and mentoring for junior staff members
