Communications Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Communications Consultant to join our team at CVS Health to help us deliver on our mission of helping people on their path to better health. This individual will be responsible for supporting the development of communications strategies and materials that promote the organization’s initiatives and ensure that a consistent message is communicated across multiple channels. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for strategic communications and an innovative approach to helping our organization drive change. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in the communications field; strong project management skills; excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; experience developing internal communications materials; proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite; and the ability to interpret and analyze data.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the development of communications strategies and materials that promote the organization’s initiatives and ensure that a consistent message is communicated across multiple channels.
2. Develop internal communications materials.
3. Manage projects and coordinate team efforts to ensure successful delivery of communication initiatives.
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communications campaigns.
5. Create and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Utilize various communication channels such as print, online, and social media.
7. Prepare and edit content for various channels including newsletters, websites, press releases, articles, and presentations.
8. Research and analyze industry trends to develop effective communications strategies.
9. Prepare and present reports and provide recommendations to the team.
10. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure successful delivery of projects.
