This individual should have a strong knowledge of behavioral health evidence-based practices, be highly organized, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinically sound, evidence-based case management services to individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
