  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with CVS Health clients through regular communication and interaction.
  2. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved.
  4. Understand and anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions and recommendations to enhance their experience.
  5. Ensure clients are informed about new products, services, and updates that could benefit their healthcare needs.
  6. Monitor and track client satisfaction and take appropriate actions to address any areas of improvement.
  7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
  8. Attend client meetings and presentations to showcase CVS Health services and address any client concerns.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  10. Keep abreast of industry trends and competition to provide valuable insights and recommendations for improving client satisfaction.
  11. Act as an advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their needs and feedback are heard and addressed.
  12. Continuously strive to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional client experiences.
