Job Description

At CVS Health, we’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Client Operations - Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping to ensure clients receive the highest level of operational support and service. You’ll also be expected to analyze data, deliver reports, and provide insights to help the Client Operations team continuously improve the customer experience.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong command of the English language, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. You should also have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, as well as at least two years of experience in client operations or a related field. Additionally, you should have an understanding of customer service principles and practices, experience with data analysis, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or another spreadsheet application.If you’re passionate about providing the absolute best customer service and have the required qualifications, we invite you to apply to join the CVS Health Client Operations team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure clients receive the highest level of operational support and service.
  2. Analyze data, deliver reports, and provide insights to help the Client Operations team continuously improve the customer experience.
  3. Solve complex problems related to client operations.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  5. Understand customer service principles and practices and have experience with data analysis.
  6. Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or another spreadsheet application
  7. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends and developments.
  8. Develop strong working relationships with clients.
  9. Provide guidance and support to team members.
  10. Monitor and evaluate processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
