Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bsn Degree Is Required For This Role, As It Provides The Necessary Education And Training To Effectively Coordinate And Manage Patient Care.
Experience In Case Management: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Case Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Assess, Plan, And Implement Care Plans For Patients.
