Active Rn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Where The Job Is Located.
Case Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Case Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting. This Includes Experience In Assessing, Planning, Coordinating, And Evaluating Care For Patients.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Case Manager Rn, The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate And Collaborate With Various Healthcare Professionals, Patients, And Their Families. Therefore, Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For This Role.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Systems And Insurance: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Healthcare Systems, Insurance, And Reimbursement Processes. This Includes Knowledge Of Medicare, Medicaid, And Private Insurance Plans.
