  1. Provide exceptional customer service to members, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered promptly and accurately.
  2. Utilize strong communication skills to engage with members and communicate complex healthcare information in a clear and understandable manner.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated and effective care for members.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of healthcare processes and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in all interactions with members.
  5. Act as a resource and guide for members in navigating the complexities of the healthcare system, including insurance coverage, medication management, and healthcare options.
  6. Conduct thorough assessments of members' needs and create personalized care plans to help them achieve their health goals.
  7. Monitor and document members' progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
  8. Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to the appropriate parties for resolution.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations when handling sensitive member information.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the member experience and streamline processes within the Engagement Hub.

Job Qualifications
