- Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and quality of care.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within CVS Health to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to care management.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in care management and healthcare.
- Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect for members' diverse backgrounds and needs.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Nursing, Social Work, Or Healthcare Management.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Care Management, Case Management, Or Healthcare Coordination.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Laws, Including Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Populations And Build Relationships With Healthcare Providers.
Proficient In Computer Skills, Including Electronic Medical Record Systems And Microsoft Office.
