We are looking for an outstanding Billing Premium Consultant Operations professional to join CVS Health and help us take our services to the next level. The successful candidate will have the drive and ambition to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to bring a positive attitude to the role. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of two years of experience in billing, customer service, or related areas, as well as the ability to effectively manage customer requests and resolve any issues that arise. Additionally, they must have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will also need to be comfortable working independently, while also being able to work collaboratively with other members of the CVS Health team. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer requests and resolve any billing issues that arise.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  3. Adhere to CVS Health policies and procedures.
  4. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Monitor customer accounts and billing processes to ensure accuracy.
  6. Work collaboratively with other members of CVS Health to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently and effectively.
  7. Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  9. Monitor and analyze customer data and trends to identify potential issues.
  10. Create and update billing documents and reports.
