Benefit Verification Representative
As part of this role you will verify insurance coverage for both new and existing patients in order to process patient prescription orders in a timely manner. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and a performance-driven individual. Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals and insurance carriers.
6 + months of related experience
Previous experience working with Prior Authorizations a plus
Pharmacy experience a plus
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third party vendors
