- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with CVS Health's benefits and services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding their benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of benefits to clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare benefits and stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes.
- Analyze client data and provide insights to improve their benefits offerings and overall experience.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges that may impact client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in our CRM system.
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients on benefits updates, changes, and enhancements.
- Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to benefits administration and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support new business development and retention efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and actively seek out opportunities to exceed client expectations.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience.
- Participate in industry conferences and events to network and stay informed on industry best practices.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Customer Relationship Management.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Benefits And Insurance Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals, As Well As Developing And Executing Strategic Plans.
