- Greet and welcome customers to the CVS Beauty Department in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Utilize knowledge and expertise in beauty products to assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs.
- Actively engage with customers to build relationships and promote loyalty to the CVS Beauty Department.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to create a positive and inviting shopping experience for customers.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling beauty products to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the department is properly stocked and visually appealing.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
- Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge and improve sales techniques.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.

This Includes Being Friendly, Approachable, And Knowledgeable About Products To Assist Customers In Finding The Right Products For Their Needs.
Sales Experience: A Beauty Sales Consultant Should Have Experience In Sales And Be Comfortable With Promoting And Selling Products. This Includes The Ability To Identify Customer Needs And Make Product Recommendations To Drive Sales.
