  1. Greet and welcome customers to the CVS Beauty Department in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  3. Utilize knowledge and expertise in beauty products to assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs.
  4. Actively engage with customers to build relationships and promote loyalty to the CVS Beauty Department.
  5. Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area to create a positive and inviting shopping experience for customers.
  7. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling beauty products to customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure the department is properly stocked and visually appealing.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
  10. Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge and improve sales techniques.
  11. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
  13. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers, coworkers, and management.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In This Role. A Beauty Sales Consultant Should Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Confidently With Customers, As Well As Collaborate With Team Members And Managers.
