Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Analyst, Client Implementations to help us build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in customer service, project management, or product implementation. In addition to excellent communication skills, the Analyst, Client Implementations must have the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve quickly and effectively.The Analyst, Client Implementations is an integral part of our team and will play a key role in developing and maintaining our client relationships. This person will be responsible for defining and communicating client requirements, managing client issues, and ensuring a successful product implementation.If you are passionate about customer service, enjoy problem-solving, and have the skills and experience necessary to help us maintain strong relationships with our clients, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Define and communicate client requirements to appropriate team members.
  2. Manage client issues and ensure successful product implementation.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with clients.
  4. Troubleshoot and problem-solve quickly and effectively.
  5. Provide innovative and comprehensive care that meets the ever-evolving needs of clients.
  6. Monitor performance metrics and provide reports as needed.
  7. Proactively identify potential product and service issues and develop solutions.
  8. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback and recommendations.
  9. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
  10. Develop and maintain client databases and other resources to track performance.
