We are looking for a passionate, results-driven individual with a track record of success in business analysis and process improvement.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience as an analyst in the healthcare or case management industry. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will need to be an effective communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with people at all levels in the organization.If you are a passionate, highly motivated individual who is committed to making a difference in the lives of CVS Health customers, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze case management data to identify areas of improvement.
  2. Identify and develop process improvement strategies to improve customer service.
  3. Develop and implement plans for improvement initiatives.
  4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of improvement strategies.
  6. Communicate progress and results to stakeholders.
  7. Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  8. Develop reports and presentations to support case management initiatives.
  9. Provide technical guidance and training to end users of case management systems and processes.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in case management.
