Merchandising Associate

We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Merchandising Associate at Crate and Barrel. A successful candidate for this role will be someone who is passionate about customer service and has a keen eye for detail. As a Merchandising Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall quality and look of our store, as well as assisting customers in finding the perfect product to suit their needs.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong knowledge of the products we sell, a minimum of two years of retail experience, and experience in product merchandising and inventory management. An understanding of the most current design trends and visual merchandising techniques is also a plus. Above all, we are looking for someone who is proactive, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to think on their feet.
