The Display Manager is responsible for digital media project management, analysis and day-to-day across Crate and Barrel Holdings. Lead implementation of channel-level strategy across all brands. Manage program budgets along with reporting and analysis. Oversee key vendor and agency relationships. Improve digital media program by using state-of-the-art tools and automation whenever possible. Implement and improve account management processes such as creative development, audience specific tactics and optimization. Work cross functionally across media, paid search and paid social to manage strategy across audience, geo, promotions, etc. Partner with Media agency to improve overall brand visibility and drive maximum efficiency. Partner with the Paid Social team and coordinate goals and video strategy for media. Constantly develop ways to improve the program whenever possible.
