Software Development Business Analyst
Schedule, prepare for, and run all recurring development team meetings. Draft detailed specifications and user stories to help guide developer work. Develop and maintains a backlog of work for development team. Maintain timelines in concert with Project Management staff across several teams and projects Assist in developing project communication and rollout plans. Deliver project stakeholder demos. Develop and maintain relationships with all IT stakeholders Review, provide feedback and answer questions on project and workorder requirements. Ensure project work delivers expected outcomes and benefits. Develop and apply BA knowledge, follow direction and perform routine daily tasks according to BA standards. Cultivate a deep knowledge of working systems and brings efficient and effective changes for better performance.
3+ years of Agile Delivery experience utilizing Scrum, Kanban or other methodologies
Experience in software development landscape
Thrives in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Scrum Alliance CSM, CSP certification or PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP)
