  1. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the company's vehicle fleet.
  2. Coordinate and schedule regular vehicle inspections and repairs.
  3. Monitor and track vehicle usage and expenses.
  4. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of vehicle parts and services.
  5. Assist in the recruitment and training of new vehicle technicians.
  6. Develop and maintain a vehicle maintenance schedule to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to vehicle operations.
  8. Act as a liaison between field technicians and other departments to ensure efficient communication and problem resolution.
  9. Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  10. Identify and implement cost-saving measures in the vehicle operations department.
  11. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to vehicle operations.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to vehicle operations.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle operations office and storage area.
