  1. Build and maintain relationships with business customers within assigned territory.
  2. Utilize effective sales techniques to promote and sell Cox Business products and services.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  4. Continuously prospect for new business opportunities within assigned territory.
  5. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and market share.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  8. Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Cox Business, representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
  10. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
  11. Attend networking events and trade shows to generate leads and build relationships.
  12. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers.
  13. Negotiate and close sales contracts with customers.
  14. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.

Job Qualifications
