  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and growth within the assigned territory.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory, including cold-calling, networking, and lead generation.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals, consistently striving for high performance and results.
  5. Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions within the assigned territory.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to maximize sales opportunities and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  7. Use sales tools and systems to track progress, analyze data, and report on sales activities and results.
  8. Continuously improve product knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits of Cox Business solutions to potential and current clients.
  9. Represent Cox Business in a professional manner at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
  10. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  11. Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, constantly seeking new ways to improve sales processes and strategies.
  12. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, expenses, and other relevant information.
  13. Travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet with clients and attend meetings and events.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
