  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers within assigned territory.

  3. Utilize strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
  4. Act as a brand ambassador for Cox Business, representing the company and its products and services in a professional and positive manner.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition to effectively position Cox Business as a leader in the telecommunications industry.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize sales potential.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  8. Continuously improve and develop sales techniques and strategies.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  10. Travel within assigned territory to meet with customers and attend industry events and conferences.
  11. Communicate effectively with sales management and provide regular updates on sales activities and progress.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Quotas.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Telecommunications Or Technology Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Familiarity With Crm Software And Experience Managing A Sales Pipeline.
