  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and target potential clients within assigned territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing new business opportunities and upselling to existing clients.
  4. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify potential sales opportunities.
  5. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention of clients.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues.
  8. Utilize CRM system to track and manage all sales activities and opportunities.
  9. Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies to achieve maximum results.
  10. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote Cox Business services.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal laws and regulations.
  12. Maintain accurate and timely sales records and reports for management.
  13. Travel within assigned territory to meet with clients and attend meetings and events as needed.
  14. Represent Cox Business in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Continuously strive to enhance the company's reputation and brand image in the market.
