The ideal candidate should be a tech enthusiast and a problem solver with a passion for helping customers with their technical needs.The successful applicant should have a minimum of two years of experience in technical support, excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing top-notch service. A deep knowledge of hardware, software, and networking is preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers in resolving technical issues over the phone, online, and in-person.
  2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
  3. Provide technical guidance to customers in order to help them make the most of their products and services.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, helpful, and timely manner.
  5. Document customer interactions and solutions in a centralized knowledge base.
  6. Monitor customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  8. Monitor industry trends to stay abreast of developments in technology.
  9. Assist in the training of new team members.
  10. Keep up-to-date on company products and services.
