Systems Administrator

We are looking for a motivated, organized Systems Administrator to join the Cox Business team! The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and a passion for keeping up with the latest technology trends. As Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support, data security, system maintenance, and end-user support.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Responsibilities: • Providing technical support to users and responding to technical inquiries • Ensuring data security and system maintenance • Installing and configuring computer systems, networks, printers, and other hardware • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults • Setting up new users and user accounts • Administering and maintaining servers, databases, and other technology • Updating software, security patches, and virus protection • Monitoring performance and security of systems and networks • Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures
