  1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on company fleet vehicles to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  3. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential problems before they occur.
  4. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work completed on fleet vehicles.
  5. Monitor and order necessary parts and supplies to maintain an adequate inventory for repairs.
  6. Coordinate with other technicians and team members to prioritize and complete work orders in a timely manner.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on vehicle status and repair timelines.
  8. Adhere to company safety protocols and regulations while working on vehicles.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and best practices for automotive repair and maintenance.
  10. Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians to improve overall team performance.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any concerns or issues related to fleet vehicles.
  13. Identify opportunities for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness in fleet maintenance processes.
  14. Continuously monitor and report on the condition and performance of fleet vehicles.
  15. Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and operations, to ensure the timely delivery and maintenance of fleet vehicles.

  • Proven Leadership Skills: This Position Requires The Ability To Lead A Team Of Technicians And Effectively Manage Their Tasks, Providing Guidance And Support When Needed.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities: A Sr Fleet Mobile Technician Must Be Able To Quickly Identify And Troubleshoot Complex Issues With Fleet Vehicles, And Develop Effective Solutions To Ensure Minimal Downtime And Efficient Operations.

  • Strong Communication Skills: This Role Involves Working With Various Departments And Stakeholders, As Well As Providing Regular Updates And Reports On Fleet Maintenance And Repair Activities. Effective Communication Is Crucial In This Position.
