- Use data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of talent management programs and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders on talent management strategies, best practices, and trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support talent management initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in talent management to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement and retention.
- Manage and develop a team of talent management professionals to support the organization's talent management goals.
- Act as a change agent by identifying and implementing innovative solutions to address talent management challenges and drive organizational growth.
Extensive Experience In Talent Management: A Senior Manager At Cox Business Must Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Talent Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Talent Management Strategies.
Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Talent Management Professionals, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Talent Initiatives Throughout The Organization.
Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Talent Management, Including Performance Management, Employee Engagement, And Succession Planning.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Leader, The Ability To Effectively Communicate With All Levels Of The Organization Is Crucial. The Candidate Should Also Have Strong Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships And Influence Key Stakeholders.
