  2. Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for new employees.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and job boards.
  4. Create and manage employee development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth.
  5. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
  6. Oversee employee engagement initiatives to ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  7. Collaborate with department managers to identify and address any talent gaps or development needs.
  8. Monitor and analyze talent metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Develop and maintain succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of talent management professionals to achieve department goals.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  12. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  13. Provide coaching and support to managers to effectively manage employee performance and development.
  14. Serve as a brand ambassador for Cox Business, promoting our positive culture and values to potential candidates.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve upon current talent management processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Extensive Experience In Talent Management: The Ideal Candidate For A Senior Manager, Talent Management Role At Cox Business Should Have A Strong Background In Talent Management, With At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In This Field.
