  1. Lead and manage the Direct Sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  3. Provide guidance and support to sales team members, including setting goals, providing training and coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive business opportunities.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  8. Foster a positive and results-driven team culture, promoting collaboration and accountability.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, goals, and initiatives.
  10. Continuously review and improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  12. Represent Cox Business at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and network with potential clients.
  13. Identify and implement new business development opportunities to expand our customer base.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  15. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance for career growth and advancement opportunities.

Job Qualifications
