  1. Develop and maintain company-wide security policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies and identify any potential vulnerabilities.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends in order to proactively address potential risks.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and measures that align with business objectives.
  5. Train and educate employees on security policies and procedures to ensure company-wide compliance.
  6. Monitor and investigate any security incidents or breaches, and implement remediation plans as needed.
  7. Communicate with clients and external auditors to provide evidence of compliance and address any security concerns.
  8. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the company's security posture and compliance status.
  9. Participate in industry conferences and forums to stay informed on best practices and emerging technologies in security compliance.
  10. Mentor and support junior team members in their understanding and execution of security compliance responsibilities.

Job Qualifications

  • Expert Knowledge Of Security Compliance Standards And Regulations: This Includes A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Standards Such As Pci Dss, Hipaa, And Iso 27001, As Well As State And Federal Regulations Related To Data Security.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Security Compliance Senior Analyst Must Be Able To Identify Potential Security Risks And Vulnerabilities, And Develop Effective Solutions To Mitigate Them.

  • Experience With Security Auditing And Assessment: This Role Requires Experience Conducting Security Audits And Assessments, As Well As Creating And Implementing Remediation Plans To Address Any Identified Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders Is Crucial In This Role. The Security Compliance Senior Analyst Must Also Be Able To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Teams And Departments Within The Organization.

  • Previous Experience With Blueprint Rf: Familiarity With The Blueprint Rf Platform Is Highly Desirable For This Position, As It Is The Primary Tool Used For Managing Security Compliance At Cox Business. Previous Experience With Other Compliance Management Systems May Also Be Considered.
