- Coach and mentor team members on agile principles, practices, and processes.
- Assist in resolving conflicts and promoting a positive team dynamic.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to agile project management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
