Job Description

Cox Business is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Commissions/Compensation Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our sales compensation plans. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a strong understanding of commission structures and calculations, we want to hear from you!

  1. Develop and maintain sales commission plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Analyze and review sales data to accurately calculate and distribute commissions to sales representatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure commission plans are fair, competitive, and compliant with company policies.
  4. Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales commission data.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements to the commission structure.
  6. Communicate commission plans and changes to sales representatives and provide support and guidance on commission-related inquiries.
  7. Monitor and track sales performance against commission targets and provide regular reporting to management.
  8. Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure commission plans are aligned with overall compensation and benefits strategies.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to sales commissions and compensation analysis.
  10. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to sales compensation and commissions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Accounting Or Related Field

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Sales Compensation Analysis And Administration

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Provide Actionable Insights

  • Knowledge Of Sales Compensation Best Practices And Regulations

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Sales Teams And Hr
