  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Cox Business products and services, as well as knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
  5. Monitor and maintain the appearance of the retail store to ensure a clean, organized, and inviting environment for customers.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets, using persuasive communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on new products, services, and industry trends in order to effectively assist customers.
  9. Collaborate with team members and management to share ideas and strategies for improving sales performance and customer experience.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer interactions are handled with a high level of professionalism.
  12. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions for reporting purposes.
