Responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain the performance of corporate networks • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner • Develop and implement procedures for monitoring and troubleshooting network issues • Ensure network security and compliance with industry regulations • Provide technical support to internal and external customers • Work with other teams to ensure optimal network performance • Document technical processes and procedures • Assist in the development of new network technologies • Perform periodic system maintenance and upgrades • Research new ways to optimize network performance
