Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain Cox Business customers’ network systems proactively.
2. Serve as primary point of contact for all customer service inquiries.
3. Troubleshoot any network issues that may arise.
4. Provide technical expertise and advice to customers when needed.
5. Develop and document network processes and best practices.
6. Work with other NOC teams to ensure best performance of Cox systems.
7. Keep up to date on current networking technologies.
8. Ensure all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
10. Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
