Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain Cox Business customers’ network systems proactively.
- Serve as primary point of contact for all customer service inquiries.
- Troubleshoot any network issues that may arise.
- Provide technical expertise and advice to customers when needed.
- Develop and document network processes and best practices.
- Work with other NOC teams to ensure best performance of Cox systems.
- Keep up to date on current networking technologies.
- Ensure all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
