We are currently seeking a dynamic Manager to oversee our Safety, Environmental & Health department. As a Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, while implementing best practices to promote a safe and healthy work environment. We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual who is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental sustainability.   1. Lead the Safety, Environmental & Health department by setting clear goals and objectives for the team to achieve.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to safety, environmental, and health.
  3. Oversee and monitor the company's safety and health programs to ensure they are effective and align with industry best practices.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for all safety, environmental, and health related matters, both internally and externally.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, environmental, and health considerations are integrated into business processes and decision-making.
  7. Provide training and resources to employees to promote a culture of safety and environmental sustainability.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and stakeholders to stay updated on relevant regulations and industry standards.
  9. Manage and allocate resources effectively to support the safety, environmental, and health department's initiatives and goals.
  10. Keep abreast of emerging trends and innovations in safety, environmental, and health management to continuously improve the company's practices.
  11. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of safety, environmental, and health data to relevant parties.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment within the safety, environmental, and health department, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  13. Develop and maintain the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  14. Communicate safety, environmental, and health policies, procedures, and updates to all employees to promote awareness and compliance.
  15. Act as a role model for safety and environmental sustainability, leading by example and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Safety And Health, Environmental Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Safety, Environmental, And Health Programs.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations And Laws Related To Safety, Environmental, And Health.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing Teams And Implementing Safety Training Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
