  1. Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support business growth and profitability goals.
  2. Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial insights.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, develop forecasts, and track financial performance.
  5. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  6. Monitor and analyze financial metrics to identify risks and opportunities for the business.
  7. Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  8. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
  10. Lead and manage a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial analysis and reporting processes.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and revenue-generating opportunities.
  13. Communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  14. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Stay informed about relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
  16. Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the company's products, services, and market trends.
  17. Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  18. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Forecasting.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.

  • Proven Leadership Experience And Ability To Manage A Team, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Fostering A Positive And Collaborative Work Environment.
