Job Description

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Lead Parts Counter Sales Representative at Cox Business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of parts counter sales representatives while also developing and maintaining relationships with our valued customers. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of parts sales and inventory management, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a proven track record of sales success.   1. Manage and mentor a team of parts counter sales representatives.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  3. Drive sales by actively promoting and selling parts and inventory.
  4. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability for customers.
  5. Train and coach team members on sales techniques and customer service.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  7. Act as a liaison between customers and the company, addressing any concerns or issues.
  8. Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
  9. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers and make recommendations.
  10. Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for the team.
  11. Set sales targets and motivate team members to achieve and exceed them.
  12. Attend sales meetings and provide updates on team performance and customer feedback.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
