7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Cox Business’s IT infrastructure and technology systems.
8. Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and implement them to drive efficiency and effectiveness in sourcing processes.
10. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all contracts and agreements are in line with company policies and regulations.
11. Lead and manage a team of sourcing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of sourcing strategies.
12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of goods and services.
13. Monitor and track supplier performance and take corrective actions as needed to ensure delivery of expected results.
14. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sourcing activities and cost savings achieved.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve IT sourcing processes to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supplier performance.
