  1. Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners to drive sales and revenue for Cox Business products and services.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with retail partners.
  3. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  5. Build and maintain a thorough understanding of Cox Business products and services to effectively communicate with retail partners and customers.
  6. Provide excellent customer service and support to retail partners and their customers.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  8. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Cox Business products and services.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Cox Business and represent the company in a professional manner.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitors, and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  11. Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with retail partners.
  12. Complete administrative tasks such as sales reports, customer records, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  13. Continuously develop and improve sales skills and knowledge through ongoing training and education opportunities.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as any legal and ethical standards.
  15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
