  3. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals.

  5. Utilize sales techniques and strategies to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to maximize revenue.
  6. Maintain accurate and updated customer information and sales records in the company's CRM system.
  7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective problem resolution.
  8. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through training and development programs.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively communicate product updates and changes to customers.
