Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, policies, and practices • Manage employee relations concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner • Lead new hire onboarding and orientation processes • Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent • Develop and administer staff training and development programs • Monitor and analyze employee performance metrics • Research and compile data for reports and other HR-related projects • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Maintain and update employee benefits programs • Conduct employee surveys and analyze the results • Provide guidance to managers and supervisors on HR matters • Oversee payroll functions and ensure accuracy of employee compensation
