Field Technician

Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role• Knowledge of telecommunications services• Working knowledge of installation/repair of telecommunications systems• Excellent customer service skills• Ability to work independently and proactively• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot issues with products and services in the field.

3. Work independently and proactively to resolve customer issues.
4. Install and repair telecommunications systems and equipment.
5. Utilize problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve customer technical issues.
6. Stay up to date with the latest telecommunications technologies and industry trends.
7. Maintain records of customer service activities and follow up with customers as needed.
8. Provide feedback to management regarding customer service and technical issues.
9. Adhere to safety regulations.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
