Field Technician

Responsibilities: • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers • Maintain customer equipment, including networking, VoIP, and data cabling • Communicate technical solutions to customers in a friendly, professional manner • Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues in a timely manner • Monitor customer systems to ensure smooth operation • Assist with customer onboarding and training • Update customers on new technologies and products • Document customer interactions and technical issues • Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential technology problems
