- Monitor and track dealer partner performance, providing regular reports and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions with dealer partners in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to increase dealer partner satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Cox Business, promoting our products and services to dealer partners and helping to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and procedures to streamline service delivery and enhance the dealer partner experience.
